SES donations

The community greatly values the dedication and commitment of our volunteers in ensuring the safety and well-being of their fellow Queenslanders.

We can receive donations into the SES Gift Fund, a public fund with deductible gift recipient status. Amounts donated over $2 are tax-deductible, where donor details are provided and the donation is identified.

Monies received through your generous donations help in the provision of:

  • essential equipment that assists volunteers in performing the many and functions required by their communities; and
  • professional development for volunteers through a study bursary.

Donation Platforms

SES is a registered cause with various online donation platforms (including GiveNow, Good2Give, Go Fundraise and My Cause). These platforms may accept credit card donations on behalf of the SES.

SES is also a registered cause with Containers Exchange.

Donations and SES Support Groups

Some SES Groups find additional resources vital to their role in community and their volunteers choose to fundraise locally to support that. These additional and valuable resources help their local groups meet local community challenges, and the volunteers form incorporated associations purposed to that fundraising for, and support of, their SES Group.
